My ISP had to do some rewiring of my Cable in my home, and since then, The yellow light above the paper out feed slot has been on and I can not print. It (the printer)was working fine until this happened. I have deleted the existing printer and reinstalled it. I printed an information report, and the printer is connected to my WIFI on the 2.4 band which is the same as the iMac. I have tried contacting HP Customer service, but that is a joke.I have also unplugged the printer for over half an hour and re energized it (plugged it back in). nothing is working. Please help!

Please ask you ISP to allow the router to broadcast dual bands (2.4GHz and 5.0GHz). Your print should see 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect.

Thank you for your response. However,If you read my post, I said that both the computer and the printer show as connected to my 2.4 GHz channel.

Most printers with a touch screen: From either the “Wireless” or “Setup” menu, press “Network setup” or “Settings”, then select “Restore Network Settings.” Most inkjet printers without a touch screen: Press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons until the Power button flashes.
