Hi @Vicster2,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Error codes on printers can indicate various issues, and resolving them often involves specific troubleshooting steps. The error code "71.02.47" for your OfficeJet Pro 8035 may be related to a hardware or firmware problem. Here are some general steps you can try to resolve the issue:

Restart the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source.
  • Wait for about 30 seconds.
  • Plug the printer back in and turn it on.

Check for Paper Jams:

  • Make sure there are no paper jams or obstructions in the paper path.
  • Check the input and output trays, as well as any other areas where paper might be stuck.

Update Firmware:

  • Visit the official HP support website and check if there is a firmware update available for your printer.
  • If an update is available, follow the instructions provided to update the firmware. Click Here

Reset the Printer:

  • Perform a partial or full reset of the printer. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this. Click Here

Check Connections:

  • Ensure that all cables connecting the printer to your computer or network are securely plugged in.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
