 Thanks for reaching out to the HP Support community!

 

How is the printer connected? Is it a wifi connection or a wired connection?

From which device are you trying to scan the document/photo from? Is that a Windows PC, MAC PC or a mobile device(Android/iOS)?

Please share the operating system version Windows(7/8/8.1/10), MAC OS X.
