Hi, I am trying to print duplex and its cutting off about the bottom of the 2nd page. Its as if its not taking the paper far enough in and so its running our of paper on the 2nd page & prints up to the edge of the page but its starts to print the page further down the page not where it should (only by a couple of cms). I've completed all trouble shooting options and checked all settings, checked no jams or anything and also uninstalled & reinstalled the printer. Nothing has solved it,
Any help would be great before it gets sent back.

"Sent back" sounds like you just purchased the printer.
Anytime I read that someone has already tried "everything", completed "all the troubleshooting", and cannot print a simple duplex (2-sided) document on a printer of this caliber, I wonder what we can offer.
"Everything" and "all" includes a lot of troubleshooting, editing, settings, and adjustments.
We do not know much about your situation, including:
The Operating System / version or device you are using to control the printer
Which software you are using to view and submit the job to the printer
How the printer is connected to your network
Whether you installed the full driver printer software (On a Mac / PC, this is a "big deal" / important)
Which paper you are using, for example, the size of that paper and type (regular, Brochure, thick...)
Whether the printer is aware of the loaded paper
Whether the software you are using to submit the job is correctly configured
Whether the issue is affecting all document types or perhaps one type of document format
Document format? Word, PDF?
Whether you have had success printing other items, for example, documents, scans
That said, there is no reason to think you've missed anything -
How can we help?
I have an OfficeJet Pro 9025.
I do not live where A4 is the standard paper size.

Method - Use the Easy Start Wrapper to Install the Full Feature / Full Driver Software
For printers that support the option,
Use the Easy Start wrapper to install and configure the printer software.
- Home Page - HP Easy Start
- Open Category Software and Drivers
- Topic: Software-Utility
- Download-and-Save the current version of the Easy Start wrapper to install your print software
- If using USB: Disconnect the USB cable between the printer and computer before installing the software.
- Right-Click on the downloaded package and "Run as Administrator" to start the installation
- Select to install the “Full Driver” / “Full Feature Software”
- If using USB: Connect the cable when instructed to do so (near the end of the installation process).
- After the software is installed, Restart the computer and log in.
Notes >> Easy Start... The Journey
- About 2/3 of the way through the setup, you will be given the opportunity to select the software - select the "Full Driver" set (as opposed to the basic driver or other application).
- You can skip / ignore suggestion(s) that you add the HP Account – you’ll need the account at some point, for now, you can skip this suggestion (as many times as it insists it’s a good idea) during the full driver software installation.
- If you see it, you can skip / ignore suggestion(s) regarding Instant Ink subscription. Instant Ink subscription is NOT mandatory.
- Full driver provides print and scan functions supported by your printer.
