I'm using Hp2630 I just refilled the cartridge and it's still saying low ink level and not printing.

The printer doesn't know you have refilled the cartridge and still recognizes refilled cartridge as empty.

So how do I resolve the problem

You can't. If the printer prints, you can continue to use refilled cartridge.

If the printer doesn't print you will need to get a different cartridge that has been professionally refilled and with ink level reset.
