Hello Community,

 

Printer S/N: [Personal Information Removed]
Printer Name: HP 9020 All in One OfficeJet

Issue

One of the hooks at the end of the Tray 2 broke. The status always says "Close Tray 2"

I need to replace this Tray. How can I get replacement Tray 2 for this model? 

 

The printer is out of warranty and I am happy to pay for the replacement  part. I live in Gurugram, in NCR region of India. Can the part be shipped or do I need to visit a centre?

Hp support is not helpful 

The dont have the tray 2

 

The are essentially asking me to buy a new printer 

Very disappointed. This printer is only a year+  old and i have cartridges and a whole printer thats no better than a paper weight

Part number for the tray is 1MR66-60014. You are correct that HP does not show the part as direct orderable by end users. I suggest Ebay and Amazon as possible sources. You may also be able to source through an HP Partner service center.
