Product: HP Officejet Pro 6835 e-All-in-One Printer

My printer isn't printing black ink, it's just spotting black on the page. We've gone through all 3 levels of nozzle cleaning, aligning, etc., uninstalled it and now we can't reinstall it or get the computer to find the printer and the drivers on HP support seem to only be for Windows 11
