I received an error code: Error Code: 0xc19a0023. How do I clear this?

Thank you for posting, however you need to include more details to make it possible for someone to provide guidance. The list below is a generic list of possible information to provide and some may not be applicable in your case.

-Be sure to include model of printer
-operating system of computer
- printer driver installed
- printer connected via WIFI, Ethernet or USB?
- has it ever worked?
- any error messages appearing on the screen including numeric or text errors.
- anything that may happened just before the error started such as paper jams or power failures.
- If you can include a sample that would help when issue is print quality

I have an 8610 printer, running Tahoe on my MacBook Pro. The printer is connected to WiFi. The message states 'printhead damaged or missing'. I find that since the update of the HP website, it's hit or miss whether the ink values are accurate.
