I've lost my set starter cartridges for one of three new Envy 6022 printers I've had to buy for work. I've tried to set up with genuine full 305xl colour and black cartridges but I can't get it to work.
How do I go about getting a new set of starter cartridges or a way to convince the printer to let me use the normal cartridges?
Any advice is appreciated.
Thanks

@MSportPro, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To bypass the use of setup ink cartridges on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
