After having a "Supply System Problem" with my 6 month old printer, I have spent countless hours now on your customer service phone line (case #[Personal Information Removed]) over the last 3-4 weeks and have NO resolution. Each time it is "escalated" to a supervisor who says they will call me back the next day and never does. I have not been able to print for 3.5 weeks. I'm a teacher, and this is my classroom printer, so it has been EXTREMELY inconvenient. I am looking into contacting my local TV station to see if they will handle the issue. I was a devoted HP customer, and I may never buy one of your products again. I would not recommend an HP printer to anyone, especially after hearing about your class action lawsuit.
