Product name: HP Pavilion 360 Convertible 14m

Product number: 1KT49UA

This is not a printer problem. I want to delete the HP ePrint + Jet Advantage from the notebook listed above. My printer is a Canon,  not an HP product. This HP program is interfering with my printer function.
