Product: HP Officejet Pro 6830 e-All-in-One Printer

I just bought a new printer model 228F5A#B1H 8015e.  I also just received a new shipment of ink for my old printer which was not opened or used and I would like to return it.  I need a shipping label to return it.  How do I do this?

Postage paid ink cartridges are usually placed within your ink cartridge shipments. If you don't have one, you can order a paid postage envelope from your instant ink account page. 

 

1. Sign in to hpinstantink.com/signin.

2. On your HP instant ink account page, click Order a Ink Cartridge Recycling Envelope in the help center area. 

3. Review your order and hit submit. 

 

I'm getting a new printer too, I think I might as well send my ink cartridges back as well.
