Hello, I went to the store today to get replacement ink for my DeskJet 2680. The box that had my printer on it was 60, so I bought black and multi colored ink. Get home and printer won’t print. Doesn’t recognize it, then I see the ones that cane with the printer were the 65 cartridges. Why did the boxes lead me to the 60 boxes? Now I’m out lots of money and it would have been cheaper to buy a new printer. At least I know now not to get hp where they dupe you into buying the wrong ink and can’t return it. Great scam HP

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
