Customer Service issue. All US and many other countries have phone numbers which work. The UK has no direct contact numbers. The 0207 660 0596 number is an HP call centre in Romania and is only responsible for technical issues.

I need to speak with a real person not via the net about a Customer Service issue in the UK.

Hello Thank you for posting your concerns on the HP Support Forums. I have brought your matters to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They may request for some additional information from you in order to look up your case or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Please keep in mind not to post any personal information publicly (serial numbers, phone numbers, and etc.). If you have any additional questions please send me a private message. Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.

I have asked for help -- should there be a response, you will hear back.

  • Please heed the warning from HP posted in your Private Message Center.
  • Be aware that HP follows strict protocols when contacting you.
  • Do not call random phone numbers claiming to be "support", do NOT let strangers / random people into your computer, do not give out your credit information.
  • Do not say, "Are you HP Support?"  Sneaky scammers will say, "Yes, of course."  Ask the caller to identify him/herself and whom they represent.
  • Check the small print on websites.  Do this.
  • NEVER post your private information on a public forum / public website.  This includes your real name, your email, your device serial number.
