Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Plus e-All-in-One Printer - N911g
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I need to please know the hard reset for my 8600 all-in-one. It has "Improper Shutdown and Paper Jam" error. I have followed all steps including cleaning rollers. I did the soft reset where cords are disconnected and discharged. I keep getting same messages. I am unable to access the touch screen panel because of the Paper jam error. Please help me.

HP Recommended

Check the paper path closely. If you get an paper jam error on startup it means that either you have a bad sensor or paper holding a sensor open.
