HP DESKJET INK ADVANTAGE 4535

I bought my printer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and using 652 ink cartridge. Now, when I move to Philippines, I found 680 ink cartridge which is available for my printer but it says not compatible.

please advise me to fix this issue. Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

 

We will have to perform a region reset on the printer.

 

HP customizes some printers and ink cartridges to meet local customer needs. If you take your printer from one country/region to another country/region, you might not find ink cartridges with the same number on the label as your original ink cartridges. If you install an ink cartridge with a different number on the label, you might see one of the following error messages:

  • Incompatible Cartridges

  • Cartridge Not Intended for this Printer

  • Incorrect Cartridges

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
