Product: HP LaserJet MFP M234dwe Printer

I am getting Error 11. I have gone through all the troubleshooting but I can’t update the firmware, it won’t print the network settings or connect to the HP Smart app to find the printer. I can’t get the  control panel to show me anything but the Er 11 on the screen. When I hold t.  How do I get the printers IP Address to update the firmware?

If the device is connected to a wireless network, you can access the wireless network router and the router will have a list of IP addresses of all connected clients.
