I need to add Instant Ink to my printer. The imaging drum light is orange, meaning the only other time I put ink in it did not "complete". I have put in a request for a call from HP. I have spent half a day on IM with HP and I still can't clear the light. It has to be white in order for the toner reload kit to work. I'm to the point of returning the printer since I bought it because it was "simple". HP Help is non-existent!! Can you help please?

Hi @CrimsonAL,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand the Image drum light is orange and you are unable to print.
HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1202w is not eligible for instant ink service.
Try the below suggestions -
The imaging drum is incorrectly installed, the toner has settled, or the sensors are covered by tape.
Lift the scanner, open the top cover, and then use the handle on the imaging drum to remove it from the printer.
CAUTION:
Do not touch the green roller on the imaging drum.
REMOVE THE IMAGING DRUM
Make sure all sealing tape is removed from the printer.
Shake the imaging drum at least 5 times to loosen the toner, and then reinsert the drum into the printer.
Close the top cover, lower the scanner, and then press the Resume button to clear the error.
Aso, refer to -HP Neverstop Laser MFP 1200 - Blinking Lights and Error Codes
