I just got a Samsung Galaxy S9 Android phone. I installed HP Print Services. When I select an image from the photo app, it displays in HPPrint Services dialog cut off on one side or another. And it prints with part cut off. So the image in the print t dialog is what prints. How do I get images to print completely?

@Stevet157,

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. I see from your post that you're having issues while printing from your android device. Don't worry we'll work together to help you find a solution.

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'll need a few more details:

Have you tried to check the print settings on your app.

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the HP print service app.

Have you tried to use HP Smart app?

  1. Open the item you want to print, tap the menu icon , and then tap Print.

    A print preview screen displays.

  2. On the print preview screen, tap the down arrow to select a printer.

  3. Tap the down arrow  to open the print settings menu, and then tap the down arrow under Paper size to view the options.

For more details, please follow the steps suggested in the support document for - HP Printers - Printing from Android Smartphones or Tablets

Alternatively, you can also try to install HP Smart App - HP Printers - Using the HP Smart App (Android, Apple iOS)
