I have an error message coming up stating imaging drum low now after 8 years? My problem is my printer never had an imaging drum as the slot has been occupied by one of the color cartridges since the day I opened the box. I only use hp toner,  always the correct part number and always replace all the cartridges at same time weather low or not. I can’t figure out why this message is coming up now a month or so after replacing the toner. I have already tried the take the toner out and shake it up hack. Any help would be appreciated

Hi,

Your printer does have an Imaging Drum, this is a different part than the Toner Cartridges.

You may follow below steps to replace an Imaging Drum:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-topshot-laserjet-pro-m275-mfp/4346268/document/c02956668

Your printer uses an HP 126A Imaging Drum (CE314-67901).

I can see it is currently out of stock at

the HP Store, but you may check with local retailers:
