Bonjour,
Merci beaucoup.

OK this is the translation, sorry if it is not perfect, i'm french!
Hello,
I have an HP ENVY 4525 printer out of warranty.
Yesterday I had a paper jam.
I solved it and since unable to print from the laptop.
I have a message on the factory:
"Open door
The cartridge access cover is open. To continue, close this cache. "
I removed the cartridges I put them back no change.
NB: I manage to photocopy without problem.
Can you help me?
Thank you so much.
