Bonjour,
J'ai un message "échec du sytème d'encre" 0xc19a0020. J'ai suivi tous les conseils dépannage HP (brancher, débrancher...nettoyage tête d'impression... rien n'y fait. Quelqu'un connait-il le problème SVP ? Merci d'avance !

Bonjour,
Dans certains cas, retirer les cartouches d’encre et réinitialiser l’imprimante peuvent permettre de résoudre le message d’erreur.
Dans certains cas, retirer les cartouches d’encre et réinitialiser l’imprimante peuvent permettre de résoudre le message d’erreur.
- Allumez l’imprimante.
- Avant de continuer, attendez que l’imprimante soit inactive et silencieuse.
- Débranchez le câble USB de l’arrière de l’imprimante. Si votre imprimante possède une connexion réseau ou sans fil, laissez-la connectée.
- Retirez les cartouches d’encre de l’imprimante.
- L’imprimante étant sous tension, débranchez le cordon d’alimentation de l’arrière de l’imprimante et de la prise murale.
- Patientez au moins 60 secondes.
- Rebranchez le cordon d’alimentation dans la prise murale.
REMARQUE : HP recommande ensuite de rebrancher le cordon d’alimentation de l’imprimante directement à une prise murale.
- Rebranchez le cordon d’alimentation à l’arrière de l’imprimante.
- Mettez l’imprimante sous tension, si elle ne le fait pas automatiquement.Il est possible que l’imprimante passe par un cycle de préchauffage. Il se peut également que les voyants de l’imprimante clignotent et que le chariot se déplace.
- Patientez jusqu’à la fin du cycle de préchauffage et jusqu’à ce que votre imprimante soit inactive et silencieuse avant de continuer.
- Réinsérez les cartouche d’encre, puis fermez la porte d’accès aux cartouches.
- Imprimez une page d’étalonnage, si vous y êtes invité.
- Si vous avez débranché le câble USB, reconnectez-le à l’arrière du produit.
- Essayez d’imprimer.

In some cases, remove the ink cartridges and reset the printer can solve the error.
- Turn on the printer.
- Before continuing, wait until the printer is idle and silent.
- Disconnect the USB cable from the back of the printer. If your printer has a network or wireless connection, leave it connected.
- Remove the ink cartridges of the printer.
- With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer and from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord into the outlet.
NOTE: HP then recommends reconnecting the printer's power cord directly into a wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically make it.It is possible that the printer goes through a warm-up cycle. It is also possible that the printer lights blink and the carriage moves.
- Wait until the preheat cycle and until the printer is idle and silent before continuing.
- Reinsert the ink cartridge, and then close the access door to the cartridges.
- Print a calibration page, if prompted.
- If you disconnected the USB cable, reconnect it to the back of the product.
- Try to print.
