Bonjour à tous,

sos svp si vous pouvez m'aider.

Mon imprimante indique un E clignotant blanc sur le panneau de commande et celui-ci ne répond plus du tout au tactile.

Lorsque je regarde dans l'application hp il est indiqué blocage chariot cartouches.

J'ai changé les cartouches -les bonnes-

J'ai regardé si papier coincé avec lampe

J'ai éteint rallumé débranché réinitialiser je pense et retirer le cordon usb

Je ne suis pas une pro en informatique, l'imprimante est quasi-neuve, quel dommage.
