No puedo configurar el Wi-Fi. me dice que la conexión inalámbrica está deshabilitada,

me sale el mensaje: se ha deshabilitado la característica contacte con la persona que configuro la impresora.

el error puede ser debido que al configurar la impresora elegí la opción it en vez de autoconfiguración y no sé cómo cambiarlo a autoconfiguración.
