Hi All,

I have an issue with my ink cartirdges, the printer is telling me that the indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer. However they are the genuine Ink cartridges which have been installed in the printer for over 2 months. I am part of the HP Ink where I pay monthly and HP send me out cartridges automatically.

I have attempted to reset the printer, take the cartiridges out and reinstall them etc. Nothing has worked 😞 any ideas???

Thanks

Sam
