HP ENVY 4500. I am using HP ink cartridges. I had a paper jam and in clearing it, unsettled a cartridge which triggered the alignment page to print. I hit ok before putting the page in the scanner and now it displays INCOMPATIBLE CARTRIDGE The indicated cartridge is not for use with this printer. I have unplugged it, plugged into the wall, held the power button for 15 seconds. The display stays the same and will not print or scan.
