How to regionalize my printer? It is bought from USA and now it's in Germany where I live there's no available 564 cartridge here so i put 364 cartridge but it says it is incompatible. Please help me

I'd like to help! 

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset, and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hi there i have the same issue and need to reset the region - i bought the printer in australia but have moved to the uk and bought new cartridges here which are giving me error messages. my firmware is up to date - i downloaded and installed today to see if that would fix the issue
