My printer (HP Deskjet2722e) doesn't print. On my HP+ account, it says 'Non-HP Instant Ink cartridge installed'. I only use cartridges that have been sent from instant ink, the previous cartridges worked perfectly but since changing the cartridge the printer doesn't work. I have tried unplugging the printer from the wall and power cable for 60 seconds and removing any dust as suggested. Any other suggestions?

I understand the printer is not printing due to this error. Make sure both the ink cartridges installed are Instant Ink cartridges.
Check if the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
