Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

I need help with my printer (HP Deskjet GT 5820) my printer suddenly won't print the color yellow so I tried manual priming but when I turned it back on, suddenly my printer says that there is an incompatible cartridge error for tri color and black ink failure. I don't know how to solve this. 

Can someone please help me? I have my exams coming up and I have to print my study notes. I need help ASAP

Follow the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing; Other Print Quality Issues to isolate and resolve the issue.

 

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
