Hi! Good day! I have this problem with my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 1515. My Father bought the printer in Saudi and the printer was sent to the Philippines. Now my problem is we bought an ink cartridges for the printer but it says that its incompatible. The numbers of the original nk cartridge is 650 and what we bought is 650. I have searched through the internet to help me and it lead me here. Please help me. I really need this beacause the printer help me with my thesis.

Welcome to HP support community.
Perform a power reset
- Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug back the power cable straight to a wall outlet and printer without any surge protector.
- Turn on the printer.

Hi I'm sorry I typed the wrong number of ink cartridges. The new one that we bought is 678 and this is just available in our country. The 650 is from the Saudi. Can you help me to change the region of my printer so that I can use it?
