Hi, I have HP Envy 4527 printer which was bought in Spain. When I was in Russia, I deciede to buy cartridges for it, so on HP site I found a compatability sheet. So I found out that HP 302 black ink cartridges are compativle with HP 123 black ink cartridges. Today I've tried to replace an ink cartridge and got en error - Incompatible cartridges.
Does it mean that cartriges bought in Russia don't fit the printers bougght in Europe even if each of them are HP?
Could you help me to find problem solution?
Best regards,
Konstantin

Thanks for joining HP Community
HP customizes some printers and ink cartridges to meet local customer needs. If you take your printer from one country/region to another country/region, you might not find ink cartridges with the same number on the label as your original ink cartridges. If you install an ink cartridge with a different number on the label, you might see one of the following error messages:
-
Incompatible Cartridges
-
Cartridge Not Intended for this Printer
-
Incorrect Cartridges
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Raj1788,
Sorry for misunderstanding, I've checked several times my Private messages. But I have only one message from you, on which I've already answered to you yesterday. Could you check?
Best regards,
Konstantin
