Product: HP ENVY 4527 All-in-One Printer

Keep getting this incompatible ink cartridge error on my HP Envy 4527, first it was just now and then now it is constant and blocks printing. This only affects the colour cartridge and the only way I can print anything is to remove the cartridge and print in black and white only.

I have tried all of the suggestions on cleaning the contacts and resetting the printer but nothing works.

 

@HP please help me out here.
