Hi All,

Yesterday my color cartridge (682) was finished. So I insert a new 682 tri-color cartridge to my HP deskjet 2336 printer. But then the printer indicates an error as an incompatible ink cartridge error. I tried lots of ways to fix it (reset the printer, try to update firmware, clean the cartridge tray...etc) But still, that error is showing on the printer, and cannot print anything. Also, I tried with another new cartridge (color) but that error was there as previously.  When I replaced the old finished cartridge in the printer, then that error disappeared and the printer worked successfully. But I need to replace a new one. What should I do?  When I try to replace a new one that incompatible ink cartridge error comes and does not allow me to print anything.
