After replacing the empty black cartridge 364XL the error message came up on the printer display
(Message was in norwegian, translated to english by me): "The installed printer head is not compatible with this printer, or it is damaged. See printer documentation"
Then an error message came to the computer screen, saying that the yellow cartridge had an error.
Change of the yellow cartridge did not help. Change of the black cartridge did not help. Cleaning the contacts of the cartridges and the printer head did not help. I am stuck and cannot print.

Cannot see any envelope, but I have echecked for availability of the printhead part, and it seems to be discontinued. So there's a new printer in the house.

Hi @JanTPh,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a printhead error.
If you have already performed the steps from the document Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Hope this helps!
