Product: HP OfficeJet 5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Photos are printing incorrectly with too much red and yellow. Changed cartridges and still have the same problem. I am wasting a lot of printer paper on this.

Yes. I also tried Microsoft Picture Manager and sending the same picture from my phone. Same result. I recently installed Photoshop Elements 2020, but I get the same results with using Photoshop Elements 11 (my older version) as I do with the newer one. Perhaps I should uninstall 2020.

Try reinstalling the HP printer software.
