Info Lampe leuchtet ständig

Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe kürzlich einen HP 4120e gekauft und alles ordnungsgemäß installiert und auch die Patronen richtig eingelegt.

Er druckt und scannt wie er soll aber die Info Lampe leuchtet immer. Vor der Farbpatrone im Display steht ein Ausrufungszeichen (!).

warum auch immer weis ich nicht. Der Tintenfüllstand wird korrekt angezeigt.

Warum geht die Info Lampe nicht aus.

Auf dem HP Smart Dashboard werden mir 2 Benachrichtigungen angezeigt auch diese kann ich nicht löschen. Warum?

kann mir jemand einen Tipp geben.

Hello everyone,

I recently bought an HP 4120e and installed everything correctly and also put the cartridges in correctly.

It prints and scans as it should but the info light is always on. There is an exclamation mark (!) in front of the color cartridge in the display.

I don't know why anyway. The ink level is displayed correctly.

Why doesn't the info light go out.

I see 2 notifications on the HP Smart Dashboard. Why?

Can anyone give me a hint.
