Product: Envy 7640
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I bought an HP Envy 7640 in the United States. It takes an HP 62 ink cartridge. Now I'm in Mexico. They don't have 62. They have a 662, but I'm not sure that's equivalent. What is the Latin American ink cartridge number equivalent to the USA HP 62?

HP Printers are regionalized, I believe we have to perform a regional reset on the printer to start using ink cartridges available in Mexico.

The reset requires printing certain reports from the printer and generating a unique code, which enables you to reset the printer. The reports will also have information's that shouldn't be shared on a public post. I've send you a private message, could you check your inbox for a private message.
