Hello, I am having the same problem as described in this thread https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Inkjet-Printing/quot-Remove-and-reinstall-the-indicated-ink-cartridge-... and the resolution included sending a PM with name and account number. I did that and was told to post my issue publicly for the community.
Originally this problem would require me to remove & reinstall the cartridge between every print, but now it does it constantly and I cannot print at all. The only way I can print is to remove the color ink cartridge and print in black only.
I subscribe to INSTANT INK so would expect to receive a new cartridge (as the original poster DID in the thread above, after conversing via Private Messages directly with HP), but not sure how to make that happen if the cartridge is giving errors.
