Hello,
My printer is recently out of ink so i bought a new one and replaced it. But from then, i can't print anything, the ink trouble button is always red. I checked inside the printer, there is no paper stuck or anything like that.
How can I solve this problem ?
Thank a lot.

You are welcome. 🙂 Thanks for letting me the results. Let me know if the printer still continues to have the cartridge bash strongly towards the two sides of the printer. If yes, then it is a hardware failure and I suggest you to contact HP phone support to explore the hardware service options fro your printer. Please fill out an online form on www.hp.com/contacthp.
If the carriage is not banging inside the printer then I recommend you to replace the ink cartridge and check. If printer works fine with the new cartridge then you can get the defective cartridge replaced under warranty from HP.
Let me the know. I will wait for your response. Thanks! 🙂

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.
I understand that you are getting ink cartridge errors on your HP DeskJet 3635 All-in-One Printer even after replacing the cartridges.
Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.
And here's the step by step guide for you in the link: Ink Cartridge Errors
You may also check the link: Blinking Lights
Let me know how that works.
I hope you have a good day ahead.

Hello,
Thanks for your help. I did all the steps in the instruction but it still doesn't work. The ink button is still red and the sound of the cartridge when i turn on the printer is always weird, it sounds louder and the cartridge bashes strongly the two sides of the printer.
How can I solve this problem?
Thanks and have a nice day.

Thanks for your reply. I appreciate the steps you have performed and have certainly done a good job.
I recommend you to perform the below steps to isolate the issue and arrive at a solution:
- Disconnect the power cable from the printer while the printer is still ON.
- Disconnect any other cables if connected the printer.
- Press and hold the printer’s power button for 15 seconds.
- The printer should be directly connected to the wall outlet and not to a surge protector. Reconnect the power cable to print and the printer should power ON by itself. If the printer doesn’t power ON then please manually power it ON.
If the issue persists then I suggest you to check if it is the correct cartridge installed in the printer. Also, you may refer to the steps from this link: http://hp.care/2hshHpY
Let me know how it goes. Cheers! 🙂

Hello,
I'm thankful for your help. However, I still couldn't print anything although i did all the steps that you had suggested ( restart the laptop, check the cartridge,...). I think there is a problem inside the printer. So how can I fix this problem?
I'm looking foward to your help.
Have a nice day.
