Product: pavilion p7-1254
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My printer is a HP Photosmart C4180 All-in-One printer.  the screen on the printer tells me to remove and check cartridge on right. I did that and returned cartridge. Same message. Also says to Refer to printer documentation. Don't know where this is.

Normally this printer is an end of life product which mean there is no more support or replacements but... I leave you here a document where you can try to solve the issue

if issue still persist, as recommendation I suggest to you get a new ink cartridge after perform previous Troubleshooting steps, if this does not solve the problem, next step is get a new printer.
