HP Recommended

I Just purchased 564 cartridges for HP Photosmart 6520 and the machine says this on the little fold up screen "The following ink cartridge appears to be missing or damaged. Please tell me what is wrong? This question was asked previously but the response did not work. I have MacOS Sonoma 14, and not Big Sur, but that wasn't an option for selecting my type of OS.
