My printer keeps showing a message that says "remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridges making sure it is correctly installed"

 

I have done this several times. I have also done a hard reset on this printer, unplugged from the wall with cartridges removed, and cleaned the electric contact points, reinstalled cartridges, and no fix. I went onto my instant ink account and could not find where to request new cartridges, only found the virtual assistant which didn't help.

 

I've read the other forum posts on this same problem and they needed to be shipped out new cartridges. How can I get new cartridges sent to me?

Also I checked and there is no firmware update for my printer.

This is from an eMail I received.

If you do not have spare Instant Ink cartridge(s) on hand, please follow these steps as soon as possible:
 

        1. Log in to your account at hpinstantink.com/signin and verify your shipping address is correct.

2. Click Virtual Agent at the top of the screen.

3. Tell the Virtual Agent “I need ink.” Follow the prompts and wait for the confirmation that ink will be shipped. If you do not get a confirmation that ink will be sent, call the number below.
