There are numerous other posts on this yet, this one. Yet I'm unable to comment on those threads. The solutions listed in that post do not work and do not resolve the error. The Virtual Assistant suggests this article: HP Printers - An 'Ink System Failure' or 'System Supply Problem' Error Displays.
I have not yet purchased a new printhead as suggested in step 4 because I'm skeptical that buying new parts will solve this when other suggested fixes also do not work. Are there any other troubleshooting instructions that have actually resolved this issue?
I have a similar question about this - how do you find a service center that will actually fix this and charge you for what they do fix, not for buying more ink cartridges and printheads for a printer that won't work for which you can't get helpful service?
