Ink System Failure keeps appearing on my screen. I have taken out and cleaned the printer head multiple times and th eissue still persisits. I have done everything HP Support Online has recommended other than buying a new printerhead. Any Suggestions? Printer was working great up until 2 weeks ago i unplugged it and now to weeks later, the power button doesn't work and I'm having the "Ink System Failure" error.

This is a possible hardware failure with the printhead of the printer.

If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in this document and the issue still persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
