Product: Ink Tank wireless 415l

My printer was stuck at the airport for two months and when arrived all inkt was gone. Printer gets stuck at start up with error code 4 indicating that there is a paper jam. Checked all sides and followed all the advice On the internet to  find and remove any paper. Did not find anything.  Still error code 4!?
