The ink alert, resume and information lights are on, they are not blinking. The printer isn't powering on and I have unplugged and plugged the power cord back in. The indicator light at the back of the printer is on, I have just changed my ink cartridges so I know the ink level isn't low but still no response from the printer.

Hi @Tre_will,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If your HP DeskJet 2652 All-In-One Printer is not powering on despite the indicator light being on at the back, and the ink alert, resume, and information lights are solid (not blinking), there might be a few potential issues. Here are steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:
Check Power Connection:
- Ensure that the power cord is securely plugged into both the printer and a functioning power outlet.
- Try plugging the power cord into a different outlet to eliminate the possibility of a power supply issue.
Perform a Power Reset:
- Disconnect the power cord from the back of the printer.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer.
- Try turning the printer on again.
Inspect for Paper Jams:
- Check for any paper jams in the printer. Even if the lights aren't indicating a paper jam, it's worth checking the paper path to make sure there are no obstructions.
Check for Hardware Issues:
- Ensure that there are no visible signs of damage to the power cord or the printer itself.
Update Firmware:
- Visit the official HP support website and check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer model. Updating the firmware might resolve certain issues.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
