I recently installed a new black cartridge and have used it. I printed something today, tried printing something else, and received an ink cartridge printing error. I cannot print anything. All the troubleshooting has been done including the following: unplugging and plugged the printer back in; gently wiped the connectors with a lint-free cloth; removing and reinstalling the cartridges. I attempted to use the virtual assistant and that was no help.

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
