The ink cartridge is stuck at the right side of the printer. I have tried all the trouble shooting solutions, such as resetting, removing any stuck paper, etc. One of the solutions says to manually move the cartridge to one side, but I cannot move mine. It is totally stuck on the right side. I get an error message saying "cartridge jam," which is obvious.
My question is: is there any way to get the cartridge to move, or do I need a tech person to come and look at the printer.
Thanks

Yes, that is the information required. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Carriage Jam' or 'E3' Error Displays and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!
