Ink cartridges are low, even though I just took them out of the package

I just bought this printer and set it up...but as soon as I put the cartridges in them  it says  they are low and if tried taking them out and checking .   They look fine

• How many pages have you printed using these ink cartridges?
• Was the packaging intact?
• The ink cartridges that go with the printers are setup ink cartridges that are designed to initialize the printer.
• During the initialization of the printer, a large quantity of ink is consumed by the printer to complete the cycle.
• Printing photos consume more ink than printing documents/text on a regular paper.
• Refer to this link to perform troubleshooting steps for this issue.

If you have not printed any pages and it still shows as low or empty, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options:

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
