The colour ink light is flashed empty even though I seem to replace them nearly every other week (and I don’t use it that much at all) so I replaced the cartridge with a hp brand one as the colour ink light is still flashing. Also recently the wireless lights been flashing and I don’t seem to be able to get that working following the advice online.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
- Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
If the issue persists, please perform the remaining steps from this document: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-deskjet-2600-all-in-one-printer-series/12319824/model/167792... (choose the option which suits your situation)
For wireless light flashing you can try these steps as well: Press and hold the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel together for three seconds.
Once done, connect it back to the Wi-Fi.
Let me know if this helps.
